August Geeter, LPC
Chief Operating Officer
Behavioral Health
August is responsible for the ongoing oversight of all behavioral health services for RHD. She provides behavioral health and program operational leadership to a multidisciplinary team of professionals. She had nearly a decade of behavioral health management experience in inpatient and outpatient geriatric and adolescent psychiatry. August obtained her M.Ed. in Community Counseling as well as her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Mississippi. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Mississippi and Tennessee and a member of the American Counseling Association. Other accomplishments and memberships include member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.; board member Mississippi Alzheimer's Association, chairperson, Alzheime'ís Memory Walk. While attending the University of Mississippi, Chancellor's Leadership Class, Ole Miss Ambassador, Ole Miss Rebel Recruiter and treasurer, Black Student Union. In 2008, August became a Certified Instructor of CPI's Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training course for Rural Healthcare Developers and is a member of the International Association of Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Certified Instructors. By completing an Instructor Certification Program in 2008, August Geeter became authorized to provide training to in-house staff in the full Nonviolent Crisis Intervention course.

Vicki Webb
Corporate Director of Human Resources
Vicki manages the companyís employment programs, salary compensation and job evaluations, benefits, promotions, equal opportunity initiatives, and education and training programs. She oversees the activities of human resource personnel at each hospital. Her duties include assuring that the company is complying with the many state and federal regulations concerning employment. She develops and manages the company's hiring or promotion policies. She manages and assures the accuracy of employee benefit programs. She develops plans for finding applicants to fill job openings and supervises the hiring process. Vicki has been a strong force in healthcare, where she has consistently been recognized for her results. She attributes her success to her experience as a teacher and journalist. As a teacher, she was twice honored by the Mississippi Economic Council and selected by the Poynter Institute as a Dow Jones fellow. As a journalist, she was recognized for her work by the Mississippi Press Association.

Janet Starbuck
Corporate Business Office Director
Janet manages accounts receivable processes for RHDís rural hospitals and PHP/IOP programs. She supervises outsourcing agencies for two facilities and business office operations at two other facilities. She plans and implements business office functions for new acquisitions. She manages Medicare reports and completes all 855 forms necessary for new and existing facilities. She also handles credentialing of physicians. Janet has a BA in Management and Organizational Development and is a candidate for a Masters Degree. Janet has extensive experience in healthcare management having started as an ER clerk.

Tammy Hutchinson, RN
Chief Nursing Officer
Tammy directs the nursing component of corporate services including quality and compliance. It is a vital role that directly affects the financial as well as clinical viability of the outpatient programs. Tammy is responsible for effective budgeting, developing policies and procedures, and analyzing performance improvement as well as financial reports. Tammy develops and implements plans for increased community and physician awareness of services. She has extensive knowledge in regulatory requirements including TJC, Medicare/Medicaid, and state requirements. She develops and implements plans for recruitment and retention of nurses including a float pool, staffing grid/plan, skill competencies, and a cross-training plan. She is responsible for practice standards and quality of nursing care. Tammy has 25 years of clinical experience along with many years of managerial experience. The managerial/leadership experience includes program director and nurse manager roles in inpatient/outpatient chemical dependency, home health, medical-surgical unit, womenís health unit, and chief nursing officer at a rural hospital. She received an Associate Degree in Nursing from Holmes Community College. She received her Bachelor of Nursing degree from the University of Phoenix.

Judy White, LPN
Program Development Consultant
Judy is a licensed practical nurse and began her nursing career working with Geriatric Psych patients and performing different roles. She has performed as a nurse, intake coordinator, compliance, case management, marketing, Program Director for Senior Care, Program Development Consultant for Senior Care. In the Program Development role she deals with coordination of referrals, doctors and families. She provides in-service training to all local agencies and surrounding areas telling them about the program. Judy monitors how the program is operating and makes recommendations of ways to provide the best care for patients and helping patients achieve their goals that have been implemented throughout their stay. Judy is a certified Crisis Intervention instructor where she can educate and certify staff on effective crisis intervention

Vivian Shields, LCSW
Vice-President of Clinical Services
Vivian is a Licensed Certified Social Worker who enjoys a career in Clinical Social Work that spands almost 30 years post Masters Education in such†areas as geriatrics, rehabilitation,alcohol /drug treatment, and Mental Health Vivian received a Bachelor of Social Work Degree from Jackson State†University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern Mississippi. She was employed at Mississippi. State Hospital, where she served as Supervisor of Nursing Home Social Workers. She was also employed at MississippiMethodist Rehabilitation Center and Central Mississippi Medical Center Behavioral Health Unit as a Senior Clinical Social Worker. She was a Visiting Assistant Professor of Social Work and Field Internship Coordinator at Jackson State University School of Social Work where she lectured, provided student advisement, placement and served as the Student Association Sponsor. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers. She is past President of the JSU Social Work Alumni Associatin. Vivian is a Board member and Secretary of the Mental Health Association of the Capitol Area. At RHD Vivian initially served as a Program Director of several Outpatient Programs. She also facilitated group therapy and conducted individual and family therapy for a RHD community health center contract. Vivian now supervises all Program Directors and staff for Clinical Services,where she is responsible for monitoring staff performance and documentation for compliance, identifying and processing Program issues and supporting staff training.
